DuctSox textile ducts are flexible and will not dent or scratch like metal duct work. The zippered sections are packed together and can be easily moved from site to site.
The entire DuctSox system is a diffuser. Air is discharged in a linear pattern, improving the air distribution and reducing the amount of duct work required. A simple design also results in a better-looking system that fits well into the architectural layout.
DuctSox is the first fabric duct manufacturer providing the option of using a recycled fabric. Our Sedona XM and Colorado fabrics are made from 55% recycled content. DuctSox is custom made to fit the project, so no excessive fabric is left and the waste is reduced to a minimum.
All DuctSox fabrics are antimicrobial. Some of our fabrics also include an active antimicrobial agent that eliminates the growth of bacteria on the surface of the duct. Easy cleaning process ensures a hygienic system and a healthy environment.
In contrast to traditional metal duct work, DuctSox fabric ducts are available in many colors and patterns. You can advertise your company by printing its logo, inspirational sayings, suppliers, sponsors or other information directly on the duct.
Air passing through the fabric eliminates the risk of condensation and airborne dust accumulating on the duct surface. DuctSox have become a proven choice in food processing industries and swimming pool applications where humidity is a concern.
Conventional duct systems are difficult and expensive to clean. DuctSox sections can be easily unzipped, removed and laundered. DuctSox fabric ducts are vacuumed, washed by hand or a washing machine, depending on the type of fabric used.
DuctSox costs 20% to 80% less than a conventional metal duct system. Additionally, the system offers significant time and labor cost savings during the quick and easy installation.
